terms of service

by commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms, whether or not you've read them.make sure you read them thoroughly, as failure in following them may result in getting blacklisted.

general rules

  • do not edit my work (minor edits are fine, but i'd appreciate if you showed me before applying them)

  • i don't allow use of my work for any sort of commercial use

  • you may repost my work as long i've given explicit permission to and my credit is somewhere visible (asking is not necessary when uploading to toyhouse)

  • you may use my work as a profile pic as long as it's not claimed as your own (i'd appreciate credits being given, but not mandatory)

  • it's strictly prohibited to use my work for AI training or as NFTs

commissions

  • payment must be given upfront in USD through Ko-fi or PayPal. Robux or gift cards may also be taken as payment, but please ask before offering

  • commission prices are not negotiable

  • i have the right to decline the commission for any reason at any time

  • TAT is of around 1-4 months. though, it may be sooner than that depending on the current circumstances

  • i will provide a sketch typically 1-2 weeks after the payment is sent. changes may be requested in the next 3 days. if there's no communication through that time, i'll proceed on finishing the piece. this does not apply to commission type: scrimblo, sketch

  • you may ask for updates and WIPs anytime if you so desire. you may, as well, ask for minor changes before the final piece is done

  • major changes once i've started lining the piece, will have an extra fee

  • order is final, i do not offer refunds of any kind. i will only refund in extreme cases where i have trouble finishing the commission (ex. health or personal issues)

  • any species (anthro/furry, humans/humanoids, monsters, mech, etc.)

  • multiple characters (+50% base price for every character added in the same image)

  • media characters

  • real people and pets

  • gore, dark themes, suggestive, nudity

  • NSFW (ask)

will NOT draw

  • proship and the like (pedo, incest, zoo, etc.)

  • hate art

  • complex designs (unless i'm allowed to simplify)

  • complex scenes and backgrounds

  • bust — 10$

  • halfbody — 15$

uncolored

  • bust — 20$

  • halfbody — 35$

  • fullbody — 45$

  • icon — 15$ (+10$ if animated)

  • pagedoll — 35$ (+25$ if animated)

  • gameboy sprite(?) — 7$

scrimblo
